The Vendetta Agent Portal (the website at vendettahq.com and the Vendetta mobile app) is a private tool for licensed insurance agents who work with Diamond Dynasty Health ("we", "us"). This page explains what information the portal collects, why, and what you can do about it. The portal is not meant for the general public or for anyone under 18.

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email, password (stored encrypted by our login provider), team, and National Producer Number (NPN).
• Work info you or your manager enter: deals, premiums, commissions, chargebacks, weekly reports, licensed states, onboarding progress, and the names of clients you sold, used to match commission statements and track payments.
• Client payment notices: when an insurance carrier tells us a client's payment failed, we record the client name, policy number, product and dates so the agent can help fix it.
• Payout info: if you get paid through the portal, your bank or debit card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full bank or card numbers, SSN or tax ID. We only store your Stripe account ID and payout status.
• Lead spend stats: if you connect DripClub, we read your weekly spend and lead counts to show your cost per sale.
• AI coach questions: questions you ask V.A.I and its answers, used to answer you and to build a team study guide with personal details removed.
• Phone alerts: if you turn on notifications, a device token so we can send you alerts.
• Quote requests: if someone asks for a quote on our public page, the contact details and notes they submit.

How we use it

• To run the portal: log you in, show your numbers, leaderboards, checks and training.
• To pay agents their share of commissions and send tax forms (through Stripe).
• To send team announcements and alerts, like a client payment that failed.
• To coach and train the team.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the portal, each for its own job:

• Supabase (database and login) and Netlify (website hosting)
• Stripe (payouts and 1099 tax forms)
• Anthropic (the AI that powers V.A.I)
• Google and Apple (to deliver phone alerts)
• DripClub (only if you connect it) and GroupMe (deal posts in the team chat)

Inside the team, your manager and the leaders above you can see your production and pay. Other agents only see leaderboard info.

Keeping it safe

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Access is limited by account, and each person only sees what their role allows. No system is perfect, so please use a strong password and don't share your login.

How long we keep it

We keep work and pay records while you're on the team and as long as needed for commission, tax and legal records. Chat and alert data is removed when it's no longer needed.

Your choices and deleting your account

• You can see and update your profile anytime in My profile.
• You can turn phone alerts off in your phone settings.
• To delete your account and personal data, email nmchealthsolutions@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Vendetta account" from the email you signed up with. We'll delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, like tax and payment records.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and let the team know in the portal.
