Agent Terms of Use
Vendetta Agent Portal · Diamond Dynasty Health LLC · Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses the Vendetta Agent Portal (vendettahq.com and the Vendetta app). By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to them. They're written in plain words on purpose.
1. Who can use it
- The portal is for agents approved by Diamond Dynasty Health. You must be 18 or older.
- You may only sell, quote or talk about insurance in states where you hold an active license and the needed carrier appointments.
- Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Independent contractor
Agents are independent contractors, not employees, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You control your own hours and methods, pay your own taxes, and are responsible for your own licenses, continuing education, and errors and omissions coverage if a carrier requires it.
3. Client information
- Use client information only to help that client with their insurance. Never sell it, share it, post it, or use it for anything else.
- Don't put client details in group chats, social media or personal notes apps. Deal posts should never include client names, phone numbers or health details.
- If a client asks you to stop contacting them, stop right away and mark them "Do not contact" in the portal.
- If you think client information was lost, stolen or seen by the wrong person, tell the agency owner the same day.
4. Calls, texts and recording
- Follow all calling and texting laws, including the federal TCPA, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and the Do Not Call rules. Only call or text people who agreed to be contacted or who are your existing clients, and only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. their local time.
- Florida and many other states require everyone on a call to agree before it is recorded or listened to by a note taker. Always ask the client first and only turn on the note taker if they say yes.
- Texts to clients about a failed payment are service messages about their own policy. Send them yourself, one person at a time, and never add sales offers to them.
5. Honest selling
- Never misstate what a plan covers, what it costs, or who issues it. Fixed indemnity and short-term plans must never be described as major medical or ACA coverage.
- Scripts, letters and training in the portal are guides. Carrier rules, plan documents and state law always come first.
- Only submit applications with true information that the client gave and approved.
6. Pay and numbers
Leaderboards, checks, residual estimates and income trackers in the portal are estimates to help you plan. They are not a promise of pay. What you are actually paid follows your agreement with Diamond Dynasty Health and the carriers' commission statements, and may be reduced by chargebacks.
7. AI tools
V.A.I, call grading and practice calls use AI. AI can be wrong. Double-check anything that matters, especially underwriting, with the carrier before you tell a client.
8. Content and ending access
- Scripts, training and materials in the portal belong to Diamond Dynasty Health or the carriers. Don't copy them outside the team.
- We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example if you leave the team or break these terms. When you leave, you must stop using client information you got through the portal.
9. No warranty and limits
The portal is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, Diamond Dynasty Health is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using the portal.
10. Florida law
These terms are governed by Florida law. If we change them, we'll update the date at the top and let the team know in the portal.
